PAYMENT OPTIONS:
I accept Visa, Master card, American express and Paypal.

 

SHIPPING:
Items are shipped through USPS first class mail.  Insurance can be added for an additional price.  Numerous items are combined for shipping at a flat rate of $5.00.

 

REFUNDS:
Refunds, exchanges or store credit will be given if items are returned in their original condition and received within 14 days of shipment. Damaged or missing pieces must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.  Custom orders are not refundable. If you are unhappy with your custom order, please call me and we'll try to work something out.

 

TIME FRAME FOR COMPLETION OF ORDER:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your custom orders.  If you need your order sooner for a special event, please let me know and I'll see if I can accommodate your order.
